Online Booking System

We believe in choice! That’s why we provide two online booking options to access personalised skincare treatment options through our virtual clinic. You can either use our online consultation form or book a video consultation with one of our doctors. Both consultation types will allow you to provide us with detailed information about your skin concerns, goals and health. In both cases your dedicated doctor will create a bespoke skincare protocol for you and provide ongoing aftercare to adjust your treatment plan as needed. You will be able to contact your doctor directly at any time (day or night) with any questions and for advice and updates throughout your treatment journey. There is a £30 consultation fee for booking either type of online appointment. We will deduct this fee from any treatments you purchase. So, which type of consultation you choose is entirely up to you and completely depends on your preferences. You will get the same personalised assessment, bespoke treatment plan and dedicated aftercare.

Option 1: Online Consultation Form

This is for anyone who would prefer to fill out a consultation form instead of have a video appointment. You will have a dedicated doctor assigned to you who will provide personalised treatment recommendations, create a bespoke treatment plan for you and monitor you virtually throughout your treatment journey. We process online consultation forms throughout the day, 7 days a week. Your doctor will review your form and email you with your personalised skincare protocol and recommended treatment(s). They will normally email you within 12 hours of completing your form but usually less!

Option 2: Video Consultation

These appointments are available via video link and are perfect if you prefer to discuss treatment options with your doctor face to face. Your doctor will advise on the best treatments for you during the call and monitor your progress virtually throughout your treatment journey.
